Bug: SMP GW not being calculated correctly

Describe the Bug

the genetic worth (GW) of the SMP mix (third tab of screen 5), is not being calculated correctly. The breeding values are being pulled in correctly, however the genetic worth is being calculated as zero when is should +73

Impact and Priority
This ticket is high priority as it could be impacting many seedlot registrations, confusing users and introducing data errors.

Expected Behaviour
GW is correctly calculated for all traits for SMP

** Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to seedlot 64186 (prod)
2. Click on step 5
3. Go to third tab (SMP mix)
4. click on calculate metrics
5. Look at GW and you should see +73 instead of 0
