Testing Activity Search - Advanced Search Part 1

As a Tree Seed Centre User I want an advanced search feature in the activity search screen So That *I can further refine the output of my search *

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that I am using the advanced search, When enter a valid request ID, request type, request year or orchard ID, in the advanced search drop down, Then the output shows activities related to the filters applied.
• Given that I am using the advanced search, when I enter a valid test type, category, rank or species in the advanced search drop down, then the output shows activities related to the filters that applied.
• Given that I am using the advanced search, when I check the historical tests box, only previously completed activities show in the output
• Given that I am using the advanced search, when I check the germination test only box, only activities with germination test codes will show in the output
