As a Tree Seed Centre User I want Search page with different search bar components So That I can search activities by Seedlot, family lot, activity type, withdrawal date range, and germination tray id

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given I am on Activity Search screen, When enter a valid seedlot or family lot number, Then I receive an output with activities related to that seedlot or family lot number. users can enter multiple seedlots numbers separated by a comma
  • Given I am on Activity Search screen, When use the drop down to select a valid activity type, Then I receive an output with filtered by that activity for any seedlot.
  • Given I am on Activity Search screen, When enter a valid withdrawal range, Then I receive an output with activities with withdrawal dates based on that range.
  • Given I am on Activity Search screen, When enter a valid germination tray ID, Then I receive an output with activities related to that germination tray ID.
