Moisture Content Cones - Activity summary

As a TSC testing technician I want an Activity summary section So That I can see cone moisture content data summaries at the top of the screen

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that I am on the moisture content cones screen, When I have entered the necessary data, Then the metrics show up on the activity summary section at the top of the screen
• Given that I have the correct permission, when I enter data and calculate the averages, they get posted to the rest result and activity fields
