Describe the Bug
When navigating back to the seedlot registration form, the orchard number disappears in step 4 (field has been previously filled with a valid orchard ID).

When you navigate away from step 4, and come back to it the Orchard ID reappears upon re-entry to the screen. One thing of note is that it appears that only the first orchard ID field is impacted. If there are two orchards listed, then the second one appears just fine.

Impact and Priority
This is a medium status bug as it causes confusion and possible time lost for users trying to figure out why they lost data.

Expected Behaviour
When a user opens the form (any status), fields that have had data entered should show data the first time around.

Actual Behaviour

** Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'seedlot dashboard' and enter a valid seedlot number (ie 63776) in the top bar

  2. Click on step 4 in the process bar

  3. Scroll down to the orchard ID field

  4. See error - missing orchard ID number
