Create a minimum viable dataset for public RST data

Description:

Select what data from RST/FTA should be shown on the first basic view of a rec site or trail (for public viewing). This data will be our minimal viable dataset.

Acceptance Criteria:

• fields from existing tables are identified for our minimal viable dataset and initial data model/schemas (Define initial data model and schema's #54 )

I tried to base it on what was needed for #24 (https://www.figma.com/design/TFDtavdpJE2vrB5vEmBB6w/RST---Basic-View?node-id=35-8100&node-type=frame&t=dMeXbrjJRdY5Dfci-0) but might of missed some things.

I have gone through the mock up, old website, and FTA screen shots - tried to capture as much as I could re: data fields/sources in the table here https://apps.nrs.gov.bc.ca/int/confluence/display/BCPRS/Public+Facing+Website

Will need someone with access to the data to check and make sure the data elements actually match up/make sense. I tried to identify the Table (entity) and the attribute most likely to be associated with the field data we want to display... one course does not an expert make lol! Needs another set of technical eyes!

I also added some questions, and comments :) Looks like we are almost there!
