Build from the project root to give multiple Dockerfiles access to .github/settings.something.

This task was closed due to some problems with permission and access sharing between different projects inside the organization. The packages were supposed to be publicly available, but for some reason, I was unable to set the proper permissions for them, creating more problems than solving the ones I was supposed to.
