Renew FOM TEST Certificate (mid April, 2025)

Describe the task
FOM TEST certificate will expire on May 16th, 2025. Created this ticket to remind us. We need to send service desk a ticket to renew the certificate, and instruction can be found from last year ticket #608 .

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a service desk ticket (includes: create CSR and Private Key, service desk ticket to include CSR and billing information).
• Install the new certificate on OpenShift FOM TEST.
