Vector endpoint sometimes fails with 500

Describe the task

If the task will only make sense to a dev, add a ⚡ to the title.

Depending on the filters sent to the Vector endpoint, the API can return a 500 error and no shapes will display.
Recordset table will still populate normally.

This error does not causes crashes or communicate to users its occurring. You can find the 500's in the console.

Additional Context

• I've observed and recorded this when filtering the Created_by and Jurisdiction table
• Sometimes the table wont update until app reload either.
• There's likely a space or something missing in the query builder.
