Mobile: Duplicate basemap icons when online #3741

When online the locally stored basemap icons should be hidden because they appear as duplicates of the online basemaps (SD and mountain icon buttons).

Shouldn't we just consider changing the Icons?
Letting users use these while online would also save data on their devices.
