Describe the Bug
Some form fields get cutoff at the bottom by the smallest margin

Expected Behaviour
Should show the whole form field with a bit of whitespace padding

Actual Behaviour
Slightly cut off form fields

Implications
Might affect how the iPad scrolls

Reduced padding between top header and form fields allows the fields to be fully visible again
