Issue with saving composite repeating fields

While in discussion with Kevin about data migration he was having issues saving composite repeating fields. While investigating I found that some composite repeating fields were not populating properly in the new UI (only in edit mode). When saving data it appears in the UI to work and it will then populate properly in edit mode but the underlying value is corrupted. In one case it merged more_info and contacts into the more_info field.
There are possible points of problem in the database migration script, ckan-ui and in the backend validators. Will require further investigation to say for sure.

@SteveChapmanBCDX how do we want to prioritize this?
