Merge README update to master
This updates package.json to consume the latest version of SMK. It also adds the BC Sans font and related styling.

This is a minor thing - mostly it's annoying me :) . I'd already added this directory to the .gitignore file but my VSCode still flags a change. I don't see a need to have these settings in the repository. |
