debug tests when using the bazel test command c++

Is there a way to debug a test when using bazel test command. I'd like to be able to debug with the test environment that bazel sets up rather than trying to manually mimic it and run the test manually with a debugger. Actually looking at doing this in VSCode where i can already do the run and debug. Just would like to bazel test debug in the launch config.
