Hi.

It seems this repo. stopped being maintained in favor of https://github.com/alertlogic/rebar_raw_resource. Would it be possible to:

archive it?
have a notice in the README stating that the new repo should be preferred?

There's 3 PRs:

Add rebar 3.7.x compatibility #3 is equivalent to Add rebar 3.7.x compatibility alertlogic/rebar_raw_resource#1,
Update README.md #6 is equivalent to README cleanup alertlogic/rebar_raw_resource#2,
Allow special chars in app name #2 wasn't ported over, but it's an easy fix.
