Line 12 in cb67434

-docker rm ribocleaner-wf

The above line throws the error

Error: No such container: ribocleaner-wf
make: [Makefile:12: rm] Error 1 (ignored)
docker rm ribocleaner-core
Error: No such container: ribocleaner-core
make: [Makefile:6: rm_core] Error 1 (ignored)

Maybe you added it when testing the workflow on your system and forgot to remove the line.
