Exceptions After Installing on OctoberCMS

My exceptions tab has 2 exceptions.

I'm guessing it is related to OctoberCMS because I googled the error and the only thing that came back a staging website running OctoberCMS.

Any idea how to resolve the exceptions? Are they a problem and something is not working properly?

Here are the two exceptions:
