MTU regression in NetworkManager

The following profile reportedly changes the MTU properly on balenaOS 2.82.11+rev2, but it does not work on balenaOS 2.107.10. Affected is a fleet of xavier nx and agx orin devkits.

This most probably corresponds to the upgrade of NetworkManager from 1.28 to 1.32. We will be releasing a new NetworkManager version very soon, so we will try to reproduce locally and investigate further when we do the upgrade.
