Build failing on Raspberry PI 400

I was following these instructions: https://www.balena.io/blog/put-friends-and-loved-ones-on-the-big-screen-with-this-instant-video-call-project for my PI400 and saw that none of the services were coming up on the dashboard in the balena cloud. In the build logs of the release I noticed that kiosk build is failing thus failing the whole release.

Same happened to me using balenaOS 2.65.0+rev2
