Does not work at all

I just cloned the repo and tested the config exactly as the docs says. Also tried a lot of things, 32 and 64 bit of OS and different devices. No errors in log and the URL changes after using the GUI and all. But the Display wont work! It only shows be the Balena default display with the logo. Its a regular HDMI monitor and I also tried on a TV and another computer display.

Device: Raspberry Pi 3
OS: balenaOS 2.51.1+rev1
Supervision version: 11.4.10

What could be wrong here? Its very hard without any errors at all.
