目标是为了在私有云中，每个namespace使用的资源完成成本核算。单位是服务器台*天或台*小时

数据从influxdb中使用sum()方法获取cpu, 内存的按天／按小时的用量和，并根据固定的规则换算成成本。

页面展示本月的统计，本年度统计即可
