新增spaceType，方便区分space #295

具体方式：
新建一个表spaceType用于存放space类型.比如SpaceType(int id,varchar name)表. 然后将spaceType 表和space 表通过外建关联

openstack用户对接部分，向space中添加成员时会判断下是不是openstack type的space，如果是才会向openstack keystone服务发送用户相关的请求
