Standalone deployment of resource group (or any other resource)

Hi all,
Trying to test the supermodule step-by-step. I'd like to deploy just a resource group.
While trying to do so, Terraform requires azuread provider configuration.
IMO it's not needed at all, I use my VM's system assigned identity with the required permissions.

Can you please assist, how can I use the supermodule with system assigned identity to deploy resources, such as RG?
