Any idea why this won't convert? Throws parse error, but this was a mod from another theme.

http://tmtheme-editor.herokuapp.com/#!/editor/local/Lacoste2_Minty_Night.tmTheme

I download the them and when I tried to run:
apm init --theme Lacoste2-Minty-Night --convert Lacoste2_Minty_Night.tmTheme and it throws error:
Cannot read property 'foreground' of undefined
