Issues with startup when used as multiple users

Hello.

Steam Deck Tools startup's option automatically gets unchecked when you set it on another Windows' user.

For example:

-There are 2 users on DeckWindows. User2 sets boot on startup for himself. User1 don't set it.

User1 doesn't have boot on startup, but SDT shows that it is. (When he has never set it in the first place)

Now if User1 uncheck the option, and then set boot on startup (check the option), User1 will have Steam Deck Tools launched when Windows starts as it should be, but User2 will loose it. (Resulting in User2 startup to be unchecked)
