[Wanted feature][Refactor] Could you optimize all the all.puml files

Hi,

Here is a wanted feature:

• Would it be possible to optimize all the all.puml files, to avoid redundancy and reduce the size of the directories?

Idea inspired from my remark on:

• Upd/k8s plantuml/plantuml-stdlib#92 (comment)

And on the pseudo-same topic (of all.puml file):

• Add all.puml for azure and awslib libs plantuml/plantuml-stdlib#95
