Since the project is in AsyncAPI org for 3 moths now I think it is a right time to share some resources with you
AsyncAPI CI/CD
One of the benefits of being part of AsyncAPI is access to all the workflows we build over last few years for automating work - to have more time focusing on more important duties. We do not have yet great docs that describe it, but you can have a look at this set of videos available in our slack that will be turned into docs in future. In case you are not in our slack yet, feel free to join through https://asyncapi.com/slack-invite. All videos are in total like 50min, but you can skip nodejs part.
All of this is optional, opt-in from maintainers is needed - except for the workflows needed for next section to work.
Although I recommend to opt in to generic workflows that will give you basic cool stuff like automerging, bounty support and others.
Maintainers of this repo can automatically join AsyncAPI TSC
Watch this video to understand what it means and lemme know what you think.
Bounty
Another great benefit of being part of AsyncAPI is also being part of our bounty program. This is a solution we have here to share some of the money we get from sponsors with maintainers to finance a bit work on the project. It is not a lot but at least something. At the moment single repo can have 2 bounty issues that are paid $400 (advanced) and $200 (medium) and maintainers submit them and they can work on these, but can also pick others to work on them.
And of course we will have some free tickets for maintainers, and hopefully more also for contributors. So keep that in mind that there is also an option to meet other community members in real life. You can also apply as speakers.
Feel free to ask if you have questions

Code of conduct
This is of course not optional. We need to configure this repo to contain at least minimum workflows that will allow automated replication of https://github.com/asyncapi/.github/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md to this repo. Of course I offer support with this.

Meet others
And btw, we will have an event in London and Paris late this year. Also an online event.
