gpg problem #1
Comments
This used to happen due to expired key, mismatch in key id in configs, or
some other thing. I think there should be some issues that you should be
able to find on the main repo.

… Hello,
I've tried to use this package to be able to run astroid in ubuntu 16.04.
Everything seems OK, except for gpg: all encrypted messages always return a
"no secret key" error.
I've tried to add the pinentry package and run gpg-agent as a wrapper, as
exemplified here:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/commit/6c9fb55cf8839a323f4327b6fc389fb3decb5d6e
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/commit/3997c5445b6bb422050eda87d6315b4025f66e7f
But this does not change anything.
(By the way, it's the first time I use a flatpak package, so I may have
done some naive mistakes.)
thank you for your work.

Thank you for your answer. The configuration of gpg itself, I presume, is not to blame, as I do not experiment any problem with other client (as alot) or by manually calling gpg. (By the way, if there exist any known tricks other than flatpak to be able to use astroid on Ubuntu 16.04, -- some pre-packaged package, for instance -- I would be greatly interested!) |
Hi, maybe
astroidmail/astroid#645 (comment) is
related?
