Bugs in Astarte regarding the binary blobs

Both the latest stable versions of Astarte contain bugs for the binary blob type.
In version 1.0.5 for a server-owned aggregated datastream Astarte sends the binary blobs as BSON strings.
In version 1.1.0 attempting to transmit a binary blob results in a forced disconnection from Astarte of the device.

This is a tracking issue for those problems.
Once resolved, the end-to-end tests should be updated to include the binary blob.

A temporary workaround will be added in #135 in order for the device to work with 1.0.5.
This is a very dirty workaround and should be removed ASAP once a new version of Astarte is released.

I would keep this open to keep track of the release status of Astarte.
And close this with the removal of the workaround introduced in #135.
