There is a range of methods / functions / routines in the Manager.app, which rely on the specific instrument configuration.

Examples (probably not comprehensive)

  • initializing all zones (6 Init all Zones: initial value of the variable zone_names)
  • exporting the status (7 Listener - 6 Wait for new command - 3 Export CSV) and the corresponding Python method read_status

Are there further examples? Is there a good way to generalize this?

Have Chemspyd and Manager read from same json/csv/whatever
