🚀 Upcoming Page for Hackstation

Problem Description

There is nothing visible on the upcoming page

Proposed Solution

I would like to design and implement the frontend of the Upcoming page
I would also like to write content for it that will be displayed on the page till the backend is integrated

Future scope: Backend

In near future, I would also like to integrate the backend (Once I have created PR for Frontend)
