Suggestion: Reviews by teachers

I think it would beneficial to enable adding a review for a specific teacher, so when a student come to choose a group he will be able to decide which teacher is better for him. It is more important in mandatory courses, when the student can choose only the group.
It can be done by labeling reviews by teacher, or by a different section in the reviews.

This is a very good idea. Before making progress with this, we need to make sure that the rating mechanism is very secure and reliable, as this kind of data is more sensitive.
