dockerize the package

Having the necessary dependencies, like nodejs and dotnet packed into a single docker file would be useful for portability.

Dotnet will no longer be needed when #22 is done

The new browser editor superseeds this, as that doesn't need any backend at all. I'm shifting the priority onto making this project work in the browser - at least partially.
