Add character limit for 'Lead Paragraph' #1559

Had an instance of a partner attempting to use the lead paragraph for body text instead of a text section. (https://artsy.slack.com/archives/C04GGGDCM/p1516798375000475)

We might consider adding a character limit or message to this field if they go over a limit.
