Conda environment dependency issues with new versions of Medaka #101

Hi,

I have tried to run the pipeline using Medaka. We used Guppy v6.3.5 in 'super' mode for basecalling and unfortunately the Medaka version that comes with the Artic conda environment (v1.0.3) does not have the relevant model.

I tried to update Medaka to the newest version using following command:
mamba update medaka=1.7.2

And ran into this error:
`Encountered problems while solving:

  • package medaka-1.7.2-py38h6239ad4_1 requires python >=3.8,<3.9.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed`

Any advice about how to resolve these dependency issues is much appreciated!
