Feature Release 02

This release adds some miscellaneous improvements taken from AegisubDC, with some extra fixes:

• Add a command to reload the current font provider
• Don't round coordinates to integers in the vector clip tool (round to two decimals)
• Detect mixin lines for The0x's templater as template lines for syntax highlighting
• Merge wangqr's commit putting mono audio downmixing behind an option, and AegisubDC's commit changing it to stereo downmixing

If I missed any other important changes, I'll add them in future releases.

Additionally, this release makes the line tool be the default vector clip tool again.

Feature Release 01

First CI build after publishing this "fork". New features include:

• Merge moex3's video zoom and panning, with an OSX fix and an option to toggle the behavior of Ctrl+Zoom
• Merge EleonoreMizo's spectrum display improvements, and also make Shift+Scroll vertically zoom the audio display
• Reenable Avisynth support on Windows (Still occasionally crashes)
• Add an option to restrict the color picker to the window, which fixes the color picker on Linux in a lot of cases.
• Make the different modes of the vector clip tool (lines, bezier curves, adding points, etc) bindable to hotkeys
• Line Grouping: Add the ability to visually group and collapse lines in the subtitle grid (see video)
