Video loading issue with VS video provider in Release 12

Operating System: Windows 10 Professional Edition X64
Aegisub version：Release 12

After loading the video with VS video provider and then closing it, if I want to delete the video, AEG reports that the video is already open in AEG, so it cannot be deleted unless I exit AEG. I think the reason may be that AEG did not release the video loaded in memory.
But it works fine in Release 11 without this issue.

Additionally, when loading some videos in interlaced scanning format with VS video provider, AEG may crash and exit in Release 11 or 12. View log, does the VS video provider seem to not support this format?
