Install aptana on multi user computer

I am attempting to install Aptana Studio 3 3.4.2 on about 25 computers in a computer lab.
Each computer will have different user logging.

I have notice that the install appears to be user specific. c:\user\appdata.

How do I install via script silent install for all users.
i have attempted aptana-studio-3-4-2-en-win.exe /S
this appears to complete how every the short cuts do not point to any file structure
I am using PDQ deploy for my deployment tool

1. Run the installer as Administrator (right click - run as administrator)
2. Change install path from c:\users[username] to something like c:\ProgramFiles\Aptana
3. Copy desktop shortcut to c:\users\public\desktop
