Should probably put some through into the newer SE items like BitwiseCopyable and if they should be used on the proto types at all.

For BitwiseCopyable – If the Message doesn't have any repeated or map<> fields (Array and Dictionary), doesn't have any string or bytes fields (String and Data), and lastly if any message fields also are limited to these constraints, then the Message can be BitwiseCopyable.
