Currently only Varrock has shops defined. This is definitely an easy task, but time consuming. Anyone interested can check out the existing Varrock implementation to see how the DSL works.

I would just like to add a friendly reminder that I did auto-generate the shops file for the world with the NPC operator names missing. More information is in the discussion in the PR.
