Changing the order of the horizontal pan

I have used two horizontal pans and one vertical pan. Each of the horizontal pans has one component.
I want to swap the positions of these pans by pressing a button. As shown in the image, I want to change the positions of sections one and two

You could use flex-direction: column-reverse in css. But I wouldn't know if it works.
