Kilo + iTerm 2 Shell Integration

Kilo seems to be acting oddly with iTerm2 shell integration. When working properly, a small blue triangle appears next to each new prompt:

When using Kilo:

@nloveladyallen I'm not sure how to combat this. iTerm probably uses special hooks to determine whether or not it should show the mark, and does not know how to work with kilo.

I didn't notice earlier, but it's just keeping them on the screen when kilo launches, not making new ones. kilo just has to send the "clear" escape code to clear the screen.
