In Email validate allow chineese characters or create a simple email validate

Hello,
The email pyż[email protected] is considering invalid using your email validate.
RFC 3490 allows you even to use Chinese characters.

But exists an article about https://davidcel.is/posts/stop-validating-email-addresses-with-regex/
Maybe create another email validate simple.
