Cdata Support

Just to see how well the support for fc files, or more broadly said, CDATA nodes in fc, isd and other Anno files integrates.

Features

• new verbs fctohex, hextofc, fctohex_interpret, hextofc_export.
• possibility of marking a node as CDATA in interpreters. This will keep CDATA and autogenerate bytesizes when overwriting.

• new interpreters for 1701/1404/2070 fc files and 2205/1800 fc files.

bugs or similar might still happen, this release is highly experimental.
