Syrian flag?

Since 8 December (when the Assad regime fell) the transitional government of Syria has used the green-white-black horizontal stripes with three red stars; see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Syria

As explained in the CONTRIBUTING guidelines, we follow Wikipedia's lead and tend to stay a few months behind edits. Given that the info box of the Syria article was just updated today with the de facto coat of arms of the Syrian transitional government, I think it's a bit early to change the flag in UG.

I'll keep this issue open, though, to show that we do intend to update the flag eventually.
