Добавьте опцию "Не синхронизировать все 
контакты с сервером", чтобы можно было 
добавить вручную только те, которые нужно. 
А то у меня ~5000 "друзей", из них я знаю только 
пару человек. (http://vkontakte.ru/id120322909)
