Cannot respond to your own poll #203
Comments
Hi @patrickyan, this is expected. The poll creator doesn't vote on their own poll. You need to create the poll by choosing the time slots based on your availability. Please check https://kukkee.com/how-to for more details. |
You are assuming that the time slots of the poll are equal to your personal availability time slots. For example, if I am trying to figure out the best time for David's birthday party, I would like to give 10 options, but I personally may not be able to attend all 10 times. Just because I am the organizer or the record keeper does not mean I am required for attendance. I may only be available for 8 of those times, but I want to be able to see the best time for the majority of people attending. This is basically how Doodle used to work before they became enterprise software. Kukkee feels like a replacement for that no-sign-in free Doodle from back in the day. |
@patrickyan that's interesting. I didn't account for that. Will think more about it, thanks!
Yep, it is, plus it's ad-free and open source. |
BTW, this is kinda similar to #193. I'll close that since this issue is more detailed. |
Describe the bug
After you make a poll, you cannot input your own times. If you try to go to the link, it takes you to the edit page rather than the "mark your availability" page.
