Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This applies mainly to public polls (once #102 kicks in). As an inviter, I'd like the option to merge/delete votes, for when my invitees screw something up. Or someone decides to troll.

Describe the solution you'd like
In short I'd like to the inviter to able to edit votes, but full blown edit priviledges would be overkill. And might even reduce the trustworthiness of the system. I think merge and delete should be sufficient.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Votes seems to be static know, I don't think there's any user facing way to change them.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

An extension to this, we can also allow invitees to edit their own votes. This would apply for private and protected modes

We can give the poll creator vote delete permissions.
