Tool to import/export these devices into the preferences

I'm hoping to make some time this year to be able to make a local tool via web app to be able to import and export these from the actual preferences file. Let me know if anyone is interested. I feel manually adding the devices one by one is tedious and it would be nice to even update attributes to these amounts but also enable/disable them as they import into the Chrome preference file.
