Hi @traversaro , as we discussed previously, we could use Discussions to connect with users needing support for installing or running the project, in order to declutter the Issues and benefit from the advanced features in Discussions for handling discussion threads.

In addition, we could:

• Create and link any relevant issue templates such as questions and community conversations to Discussions. A priori this link should help, haven't tried though.
• Eventually convert issues to discussions either individually or bulk by labels, using labels like “question” or “discussion”.
